CUSTOMER POLICY
Terms:
Since Virginia Church Furniture Inc. is a CUSTOM furniture maker and supplier of speciality goods that require special fabrics, finishes and details, our shipping time can vary from one week to twelve weeks dependant upon component availability and detail. Due to the CUSTOM aspect of our products, 100% of the total balance is due upon placing the order. NO C.O.D. shipments.
Shipping:
Common carrier shipping or delivery by VCF company trucks. Unless otherwise specified, freight and handling cost will be added to the cost of the product and paid by the customer at the time of ordering ,in addition to the cost of the ordered goods. Customer pickup or customer arranged delivery is welcomed.
Damaged Goods:
The customer is to inspect upon receiving the goods, and reject or note damages while filing a damaged freight claim with the common carrier prior to the carrier leaving the delivery site. All deliveries are "back of truck" and the customer is responsible for unloading and setup, unless otherwise specified.
Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless authorized byVirginia Church
Furniture Inc. at it's main office in Pulaski, Virginia. Photos and a detailed explaination must be submitted prior to authorization. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of VCF. The customer must pay any and all cost of freight for the return and pay for the reshipment of the repaired or replaced goods. Virginia Church Furniture Inc. products have passed high quality control specifications and are shipped in perfect condition.
Privacy Statement
We will not share your informattion with anyone except as normally necessary to process or deliver your order (UPS, FEDX, YRCW ect). You will not be added to any external mailing or call list, or e-mail list.
